Winter is the time gardeners are pouring over their seed catalogues and planning this year’s garden. In Ontario, we’re lucky to have so many excellent sources for seeds. You’ll be the most successful if you pick the seed companies that are closest to where you live, or in the same growing region as you. However, you can still have success ordering from a company farther away, but you’ll have to be careful not to order a plant that isn’t in your growing zone. If you’re not sure what growing zone you’re in, go here, type in your location and the Landscape Ontario will find it for you.
